Marco read law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is currently active in both civil and criminal practice and has appeared as either sole advocate or led junior in different levels of Courts. Marco accepts instructions for a wide range of areas of work.

In criminal practice, Marco is experienced in dealing with trials concerning a wide range of offences, appeals against convictions and sentences to the High Court and the Court of Appeal, mitigations and bail applications etc. Marco also regularly appears as counsel-on-fiat for the Department of Justice and as duty lawyer for the Duty Lawyer Service.

In civil practice, Marco has experience in dealing with cases in relation to employees’ compensation, personal injuries, land, contract, probate, legal aid appeals, interlocutory applications as well as applications under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance and for injunctions etc. Marco regularly takes up personal injuries cases assigned by the Legal Aid Department.
