- Civil & Criminal Fraud: David has experience handling complex fraud cases, especially within the fintech sector. He has advised on cases involving investment scams, breaches of fiduciary duty by directors, and the mis-selling of financial products.

- Arbitration: David is an arbitration practitioner, having represented claimants in several high-profile international commercial arbitrations. He has achieved favorable awards in arbitrations under ICC and THAC rules and has experience in pre-action dispute resolution under SIAC and HKIAC rules. He has handled cross-border disputes involving corporate clients, shipping, and commodity trading clients.
